Playing his new guitar

So grateful for my family!!!

So my mom, Kim, and I decided to do the What Women Want expo in St. George again and took the girls and the babies and hubbies, minus my dad! And once again had so much fun, so much food, and so much caffeine! I love these ladies so much and am grateful I have the opportunity to make a little money just hanging out and laughing with them!!! It was a warm 91 degrees on our first day there and we split up the shifts so we could all enjoy the sun a little! We also got to spend some time with my nephew Christian, who reminds me more and more of my brother every time I see him! We are so grateful to have Christian in our family and I am so glad that we get to make some fun memories with him!!! My mom brought down a guitar of Ryan's that Christian had picked out and we got to sit and watch him play and be grateful that we have someone in the family that loves music and playing the guitar as much as Ry did! We all got home safely and the girls asked about 30 million times when they could see Christian again. And when we woke up this morning we had snow.........LAME!!!!

Relief Society Freeze-out....I mean overnighter

Our ward did a girls get away to the church's camp in Heber. We had a big cabin just for our neighborhood and a teeny tiny heater to keep us all warm........it didn't work. We froze and around 2:30 in the morning even debated going home. But, we braved it out and got a few hours of warm sleep burrowed in our sleeping bags! Matt and I have met some fabulous people here and know we made the right decision in building where we did! I love these girls!!!

Thanksgiving Point

Cam, Emery and Avery

Addy and Boston (in the background you can see little Sienna's feet when she was "accidentally" pushed off the table!

The "pony incident" as we call it

She really didn't want to wear her hat!

And of course I make her keep it on even longer for a picture with her sister

We had a little friend turn one and to celebrate little Hudson we went to the petting farm at Thanksgiving Point. It was the last dry day of the week and we were excited to do something fun and the girls love all their neighborhood friends! They have the little miniature pony rides that absolutely ruined the girls love of horsies! We have had a lot of talks since then that horse's are so nice and not scary:)

Matt's brother Justin and his cute wife Ashlee finally had their baby on Sunday! We have been waiting and waiting to see if it would be a boy or a girl and both Matt and I were wrong. It's a sweet little boy. Congratulations Justin and Ashlee!!! Love you guys!

Spring time

Sidewalk chalkin while Matt and I work on the yard

They had a dress up area at the museum and they didn't really wanted to do it, I sort of made them so I could get pictures

Emerie and Boston. He calls the girls "my girls"

Boston, Chase, Addy, Emerie and Sienna

These girls could have played in that kitchen all day!
The aquarium
Maddy really wanted to climb in this fishtank!

We have had a busy couple of weeks, with all the sunshine, we have had park play dates, the aquarium, the Discovery museum and a few barbeque's. It's nice to come out of winter hibernation and the girls are loving all the adventures we have been on and everyday ask to play with "our friends."
We are trying to finish up the yard and are almost there. This is our first summer here with a yard and grass and a fence and we are loving it! The girls love being outside in the dirt and that is usually the first place they head! The only downside is I am constantly cleaning dirty hand prints off everything! We come in to wash up and it seems that they touch everything they possibly can before they actually make it to the sink!

Easter at the cabin!

Miss Maddy and her first egg hunt

Everyone got in on the decorating

Decorating eggs!

Lip gloss from Aunt Kimmy

chocolate mustache's from Aunt Robby

Helping papa fix the dishwasher! They sure love their papa!!!

This year we had Easter at the cabin! It was the perfect weekend filled with Conference, movies, egg decorating, candy, cousins, laughs and even some tears! My sweet mom, who always makes things so fun for the kids, brought up so many eggs and stickers and sparkles to decorate
with. There was probably 3 feet of snow outside and looked more like Christmas than Easter, but it was fun to get one more trip of playing in the snow and snowmobiling in before the summer!!! What a blessing this cabin has been to us! We have made so many fun memories up there with both Matt's and my family and even some of our friends!

Crazy days!!!

The girls love to watch me do my makeup and I guess this is their version!!!

It's great to be 8!!!

Maddy loved the frosting

This is one of my very favorite pictures!!!

Holy toledo have we been busy lately!!! We have had numerous birthdays, a baptism, dinner dates, play dates, school and work! Little Miss Savvy turned 8 and we got to go to her friend birthday and learn some kick-boxing, and then got to celebrate with the family, then little Miss Maddy turned 1 and we got to celebrate with her and watch her eat lots of frosting:) Then Savvy got baptized, which was a little emotional watching my sweet little niece make this decision in her life. We sure love our Savvy! We've had a couple of friends birthdays too, cute little Aspen and Boston, our little buddy down the street! We get to celebrate 2 birthdays this week, with our little friend Cole and then my giant of a nephew turning 14. That kid is what I hope any boys we have to be like!!! Then we have sweet little Everett, who will be turning 1, unfortunately we won't be able to celebrate with him, but sure wish we could! We sure miss our nieces and nephews in Oregon and Washington!!! Then we have my dad's birthday, (oh dear I guess I need to start thinking of what to get the man who has everything:) And then my wonderful sister in law Robyn! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, birthdays!!! It's a day to celebrate whoever's day it is being born!!! Happy Birthday to all of you February and March birthdays!
The girls are getting smarter and if it's at all possible, sassier everyday! They are hilarious and make Matt and I laugh all the time! They love to fight with each other, but they love to play babies too! The other day they were playing and Emerie had just tucked baby Addy in bed, when Addy started crying, so Emerie tries to comfort her saying "it's OK baby" and when Addy continues to cry Emerie says "shush Adds" (which is her little nickname for Addy) I was laughing and neither of them could understand what was so funny! These little girls have brought so much happiness into our lives and serve as a reminder what a miracle they are!
